Pedro Bertoluchi

SOFTWARE AND AI ARCHITECT · .NET · POC TO DEPLOY

Systemsrunninginproduction.AppliedAIwhereitpays..NET,AI,fromPoCtodeploy.

I am Pedro Bertoluchi. I design, code and operate .NET applications and applied AI, with identity, observability and security in place from the first commit. Remote, with local and global teams.

IN PRODUCTION

30+ systems and APIs shipped to production, with .NET, applied AI and proper CI/CD.

MEASURED IMPACT

~30% latency cut on critical endpoints, ~40% reduction in time-to-data, 15h/week of manual work removed.

END TO END

I design the architecture, write the code, wire the infrastructure and operate what ships.

PLATFORM · 2024-2026

01 / 04

API Management Platform

Control plane for 10+ internal APIs: real-time logs, usage and cost dashboards, fine-grained per-consumer blocking, anomaly auto-block and a copilot that suggests N1 fixes.

Stack

  • ASP.NET Core
  • Razor Pages
  • Azure APIM
  • App Insights
  • Azure OpenAI

Operation

10+ APIs under a single gateway. End-to-end visibility, governance and automatic incident response.

INTERNAL PRODUCT · 2024-2026

02 / 04

Operations Helpdesk

Ticketing and SLA platform for the internal team, with approval flow, embedded copilot, Entra ID integration and end-to-end telemetry.

Stack

  • .NET 9
  • Blazor
  • SQL Server
  • Entra ID
  • App Insights

Operation

Used daily across the whole team. Backbone of the support and SLA flow.

INTERNAL LIBRARY · 2024-2026

03 / 04

Foundation Stack

Official project templates for Blazor, Web, ASP.NET MVC and Web API, all pre-wired with the internal NuGet for security, observability and identity. The team scaffolds a new project already with OWASP, JWT, OIDC, CORS, CSP, rate limit and logs in place.

Stack

  • ASP.NET Core
  • OIDC
  • JWT
  • NuGet
  • HSTS/CSP

Operation

Adopted across 6+ internal APIs and the official scaffolding for new projects. Cut security rework and unified the standard across services.

INTERNAL PRODUCT · 2025-2026

04 / 04

Assisted Offboarding

AI-assisted exit interview with real-time Deepgram transcription, categorization of reasons into structured reports and an action map for HR to address recurring issues.

Stack

  • .NET
  • Worker Service
  • Azure Blob
  • SignalR
  • RabbitMQ
  • EF Core

Operation

~15h/week of manual work removed and standardized exit interviews across the company.

POSITIONING

One owner. Architecture to deploy.

Platform, product and operation under one head. No half-shipped handoffs, no 'the team will wire it later', no secrets in code. You hire a technical decision, not another seat in your daily. If you need the project running in production and don't want to worry about anything else, I handle the rest.

Pedro Bertoluchi.

HOW TO HIRE ME

Three ways to work together.

Pick the format that fits your challenge. No lock-in, no required retainer.

30 MIN

Discovery

No cost, no pitch

  • We map the problem and the technical context
  • High-level feasibility outline
  • Clear next steps
  • Optional NDA before the call
2 TO 12 WEEKSMOST PICKED

Fixed project

Scope locked in a PR

  • Technical briefing in 2–3 calls
  • Continuous sprints, code in documented PRs
  • No daily meetings, async-first communication
  • Complete handoff: repo, docs and runbook
MONTHLY

Technical retainer

Dedicated bandwidth

  • Agreed hours/week, fixed calendar
  • Priority on architectural decisions
  • Continuous code review and team mentoring
  • Monthly renewal, cancel anytime

Billed through a Brazilian PJ (CNPJ). BRL or USD accepted (service export invoice).

HOW WE WORK TOGETHER

From first contact to code in production.

Objective process, no unnecessary meetings. You know what to expect each week.

01

DAY 1

Discovery

30-minute call. I understand the problem, map feasibility and align next steps. No cost, no pitch.

02

WEEK 1

Architecture

Short architecture doc, scope and timeline. Locked in a PR, reviewed with you before any code is written.

03

WEEK 2+

Delivery

Continuous sprints, code in documented PRs. No daily meetings. Real-time visibility of what's ready.

04

CLOSEOUT

Handoff

Repository, docs, runbook and 30 days of adjustment support. All yours, no lock-in.

FREQUENTLY ASKED

Before we talk.

Short answers to the questions that stall decisions. If something is missing, just ask.

Do you sign an NDA?

Yes. I sign a standard NDA before any discovery call. If you'd rather use your own template, send it with the briefing.

Who owns the code you write?

You do, from day one. I work in your repository, with your standards. No IP retention, no dependency on my tooling to run it.

USD billing for international clients?

Yes. I bill through my Brazilian PJ (Simples Nacional) with a service-export invoice. Payment via wire transfer or platforms like Wise/Deel. USD lands directly in the company account.

What's the minimum engagement?

Discovery is free (30 min). Fixed projects start at 2 weeks. Retainer starts at 1 month.

Do you work outside the .NET stack?

Yes for TypeScript, Node, React and Next.js (this site is Next 15). For Python, Go, Java and native mobile I refer you to a qualified professional, at no cost.

What happens in the first week?

Technical alignment call, architecture document, scope and timeline locked in a PR. You review and approve before any code is written.

Let's talk about your next project.

Share the challenge in a few lines. Within one business day I respond with a technical assessment and the next steps.
